Nights in White Satin: The Trip ish ride?

Don't ask why or how I got to thinking about his ride, but did anyone ever get a chance to ride it during it's short life at that Myrtle Beach Hard Rock theme park that closed within a year? It(and a few other, I'm lookin at you Zeplin Roller Coaster) sounded like an amazing ride and got great reviews, with all the extra smells and sounds that the ride had. Anyway, was the ride really all that great?

What were the extra smells on the ride? Your typical rock concert going aromas?

The attraction was something like I had never experienced before. This video does not even come close to the experience. The person filming has a light on the camera and the 3D glasses enhanced the experience a lot. Hard Rock Park was one of the most uniquely and wonderfully themed parks I had ever been to. It was a little small, but it would have grown into a true monster of rock if it would of opened at a better time (opened during 2008 BAD ECONOMY) and a few management and pricing flaws played a role in the parks death. Sadly, I did not get to ride Led Zeppelin:The Ride while I was there because it was not running that day, but there were many other great attractions and little things that made Hard Rock Park stand out and have a whole unique feel that made it special.

Interesting! I'm going to see Justin Hayward in a solo concert next month - would love to ask him if he ever had a chance to ride this!
