Is it typical.
95 degrees and the humidity they have in central Florida in the summer..... think I die.
When does it typically get cooler ... say only 80 and with less humidity?

It will usually drop below 80 for about a weekend in February. On a good year we might get a couple of weekends like that. :)

We've had some nice days in October. Then again we've had some 90 degree days with high humidity in October too.

Welcome to the Southeast. You should try southern NC, SC and GA this time of year. We're hovering at upper 80's right now with 74% humidity but no rain in the forecast. NWS is saying that WDW is 'only' 49% humidity right now.

In December for the last five years we've had mostly high 70 degree days!!! Perfect park weather but not swimming.

October. It is always during October that the oppressive humidity breaks and life is good again.

I can open the house up again, do what I used to call "Spring Cleaning," and remember just why I moved to Orlando in the first place. :)
