We've known about this one since March 2011 http://www.wdwmagic.com/Attractions/Peter-Pans-Flight/News/03Mar2011-Peter-Pan's-Flight-to-get-extended-queue-and-former-Skyway-Station-to-become-restrooms.htm but the timing has been largely up in the air. It would certainly seem to make sense to get this going before the rest of the FL expansion starts to open up. It may be done in phases, with parts being done before the new restrooms are done, and the rest completed further out. I don't have any specific info on the timetable.
