New Year's Eve celebrations at Walt Disney World 2018

Does anyone know if either event is 21 and over only? I'm assuming the Pixar Party is all ages, but wasn't sure about the Countdown to Midnight or the Ink and Paint add on.

For anyone who has been there before...how crowded does it get? Are the crowds better, worse, or about the same in comparison to the parades/fireworks in MK?
