There was all kinds of new wedding-themed Mickey and Minnie merchandise on my last visit.
I have friends going there on their honeymoon in March, so I bought them these cute "Mr+Mrs" mug set picturing the Mickey groom hat and Minnie bride veil.

Typically you can call up the WDW Merchandise Mail Order line and describe the items. Assuming they can locate it in their computer, you can order anything in the parks (except for some limited edition stuff) from them, instead of the limited selection on the website. I assume these are fairly new as they had the same things in a pin set, that said "First Release" on the cards, and I saw it initially available in only 1 store, but at others as the trip went on.
