New WDW Restaurants?

Does anyone know if WDW is planning to open any new "upscale/gourmet" restaurants anytime soon?

I really enjoy California Grill, Citricos, Flying Fish Cafe, Artist Point, etc. and hope they are planning more restaurants of this quality and enjoyment.
