New water show coming to UO?

Apparently, new barges, lights, and towers have been seen in the lagoon where the past show Universal 360 was held. Workers who were there had t-shirts with Aquatique Show Int. were seen working on the barges. Fountains are also being installed in the lagoon, as well as mist screens.

Hopefully this gives Universal the night show they desperately need.

I saw the barges Tuesday, and they are large square metallic frames. It looks like they could roll down a video screen in the middle to project images (that was my initial thought when I saw them). I am excited to see what they come up with, because I kinda liked the 360 show.

With water screens and fountains, I'm assuming that maybe the show will be like DCA's World of Color. Either way, after watching the video of Aquatique's work, it seems like the show will be promising.

We got to see a nightshow on our trip this year. It was so nice as I haven't seen one since the 90's.

I loved it and hope they can get a permanent one soon.
