His outstanding work and innovative solutions running Aulani and Disneyland Paris' hotels will provide invaluable in running Disney's 3rd most popular Orlando park. Coupled with his experience in running a foreign hotel, which will be very valuable experience managing the Africa and Asia areas of Animal Kingdom, his management of Disney's Wilderness Lodge will provide spectacular insight because, you know, animals live in the wilderness and stuff.
