New Ticket Pricing Question

Now that 2020 tickets are available, we’ll need to purchase tickets for our trip. We’ve rented DVC points, so discount package releases won’t help us. With the new dynamic pricing, can I assume that the price offered now will only increase as demand for our dates comes in? We’re going in Jan, so we’re already on the lower end of the pricing scale. Is there reason to wait to purchase? Would there be a reason that pricing would decrease, either through Disney or Undercover Tourist, as we get closer? Thanks for your help!

They aren’t doing dynamic pricing to counter high demand, the prices are set according to what they perceive to be high and low demand times.

The only reason for a price change would be a general price increase. Since the last one was in October last year, I would be tempted to buy now.

The prices are set based on how crowded or uncrowded Disney predicts the parks will be.
The price will not go up just because people start buying tickets.
Buy now or buy later.
