what new attractions, shows, etc. have they done in the last year? not just rides but new character meets, things moved, etc. trying to get a list of them to make sure we don't miss anything new planning a summer trip

Judging by your sig, looks like you were there at sometime in 2010? Not much has changed...depending on when you were there.
In Epcot:
Captain EO showed up in July 2010 to replace "HOney I shrunk the Audience"
In Magic Kingdom:
Main Street Electrical Parade showed up in June 2010 to replace SpectroMagic.
ToonTown was Demolished in February to make way for the new Fantasyland expansion. Now Mickey is located on Main Street for his meet & great.
And Iago burned up in the Tiki Room in January of 2011 and the new Tiki room is opening sometime this summer.
There's a new interactive queue for Pooh, opened sometime last fall.
There's a new interactive queue for Haunted Mansion as well, just opened recently.

In DHS:
Star Tours closed and is currently reopening as Star Tours II and apparently is amazing.


Other than that...I can't really think of anything else!

Edit: Oh and they are completely redoing Downtown Disney. There's all this info all over the News Section

Add to that , the new dining area by Mexico, La Cantina De San Angel. I'm looking forward to trying that out on my upcoming trip.
