My guess is the area know as Mainstreet east / Center st and the management parking lot behind

They said on Main Street U.S.A. at the Magic Kingdom. Looking at the building, it's obviously the theater. You can even see the backstage gates that they use when the park is crowded on the left in green.

My guess is that this would be at the end of the inlet on the right/east side of main street. There is an expansion pad in that area.

I 2nd this! Tony's Town Square was the 1st Disney restaurant I ever ate at. I have fond memories of the place. Would be a shame to see it close.
