1- don't name FULL names.. drop the last names. You can find yourself in a sticky legal situation

2- DON'T USE COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS! Even stickier legal situation. Disney has descended like Hawks on this one.


Thanks for not stealing my slogan though, unlike another Cafepress shop.

Last bit of advice. Lower your prices to something closer to cost... or prepare to have EVERYONE asking you who's getting the profits.

I lowered the prices. I think leaving each item at a dollar profit is fair.

As for copyright issues, I'll take the risk. If cafepress.com deltes it, no big deal. If I get into deeper trouble ... I'll take the risk.

MKt I know what you are saying but my friend thinks that if it just said "just say no to michael" they might confuse it with waco jacko

I have a suggestion

on one side put... "I support roy and stanley"

on the other ....... "say no to (uncle) mikey"

I made one that said Michael Must Go... whcih was actually a quote from Stan Gold. Plus, all of my shirts say "Keep the Disney In Disney" on the back.

Oh man, I'm so pumped. I bought one of Rob's "Roy > Michael" shirts and a friend of mine got a "Roy was Right". We're heading down to Disney at New Years. I'm really hoping to get a lot of comments from cast members. That'll make me VERY happy. Whenever I'm near a cast member I'm gonna make sure they see me wearing my shirt.

You know that really isn't the nicest thing to do. I do not support Eisner, but when I am at work I am being paid, albeit not that much, but it would not be right or good show for me to state my personal opinions on the matter, and it really isn't that nice to be asked by a guest what we think of the situation. I know you mean no harm, but it would not be right to walk up to a CM and attempt to get a conversation going regarding this issue.

who says the CM's won't though...

every CM I've spoken to is behind Roy, not to mention I looked at some of the names on the petition.... a whole lot of Disney CM's and Managers have put their names on there.

It's not like Disney can tell you what to do when you're off the clock. Many of my purchases have been from CM's who KNOW that Disney can't do a thing about you wearing that shirt... and if they do, well... that's illegal and Disney wouldn't open themselves up to a lawsuit that easily.
