I just returned from a week @ WDW. I noticed a lot of changes to the method of standby queuing with FP and FP+. For instance, at Tomorrowland Speedway, the standby and FP were being help before heading up the ramp and around to the cars. Another instance was Great Movie Ride, guests were being held out of the movie room in the pre-show area.
The FP(+) lines all seemed to be longer waits than usual as well. There was a time when the Buzz fp line entrance was past the FP machines
