Given that TL has no space mountain and an attraction called Horizons I am going to go with it being a bit of fan fiction.

That's from a fan who creates map/blueprints like that for all the Disney theme parks. He reconfigures existing parks with his "ideal build-out" that usually stuffs about a dozen additional E Ticket rides into the existing park footprint with no real concern for cost, operation, or logistics.

It's just fan fantasy. And he's obviously done this for Shanghai now, using the handful of vague overview sketches that Disney has released for the Shanghai park.

They are fun to look at though. His Disneyland Resort version is epic.
