Does anyone know when the new rollercoaster ride in Animal Kingdom will be up and runnung?

they havn't even started construction on it and most likly they won't start untill well after Mission Space opens.

They could be talking about Primeval Whirl...

And if they were it will be sometime in March

Primeval Whirl, the new wild mouse style twin coaster being installed in Dinoland USA. It may soft open later this month, officially opening in April.

It is scheduled to open March31 which is ahead of schedule.
