My only concern with Morimoto is that, his food may not be ideal for the typically Disney guest. I'm a bit worried about how well his restaurant will do because of that.

Noticed in the magical write-up that the place will also offer "street food" from stalls someplace around the facility which is great.

Some poster suggested asian style street foods long ago on these very boards for DTD.

I do what I can.

I am so lost on the timeline of Disney Springs.

When exactly is the name going to officially change from Downtown Disney to Disney Springs?

And for my own personal curiosity, I will be visiting at the end of April for 10 days. What can I expect the condition of DTD to be in? Similar to it's current state or close to completion? I am sure a lot can be done between now and the next 170+ days.

I like the sound of both of these...Morimoto for the change in pace food and Boathouse for the water vehicles. I suspect that both will be pretty expensive, but hey...you're on vacation at Didney Wurld!
