Why not? We just called and had them apply it to our May stay. About a 5 minute phone call and it saved us close to $500

I guess all the travel agents got done with their million updates before you called. Hold times were hours this morning, I'm told.

Congrats. Our TA changed ours last week (We're Disney Visa cardholders) and saved us a little over $500. We also got the 5th day added to our tickets but not sure we can use it.
