Here are some new pics taken earlier today. I have also attached some pice from the Safari Trek for all that are interested.















The Mermaid building looks to be coming along great. HVAC on the roof and a secondary wall is up on the front and there is a small army of guys building another block wall today.

Sorry I don't have much time to add any detail. Gotta be at Teppan Edo in 45 min. I just wanted to get the pics posted.

Made me start thinking . . . . what am I looking forward to seeing the most:

a) some construction activity in the area of the rumored Mine Train

b) rockwork rebar on the outside of the either Mermaid or BATB

Hmm. Two awesome things to see. I'll go with the rebar.

It really puts the size of the building into scope when you see the construction workers hanging out on the roof of BatB... so excited!

If you find that when you link to a site and this site automatically censors the link out completely with a giant "______," then it's pretty safe to say that it isn't condoned.

Using bit.ly to override the censor is like misspelling a curse word. Everyone knows what you are doing.

Was there last week - just wanted to add that they are working at all hours - crane is moving around all day and they have huge outdoor lights and are working long after it gets dark. Can't wait to see some distinguishing rock work, etc.!

Yesterday on the way to Epcot via the monorail, I was looking over by the STOLPORT and it looks like rebar/wire cages are lining up. I could not get a pciture through the trees, but this could be the begining of the rockwork and facades.

mine is sleeping beauty so i'm sad to see her cottage go but i'm very excited about batb and lm getting built. i cant wait to see their facades!!!!
