As last night's post mentioned, Walt Disney wanted his guests to feel like they were in another world, not their own. He wanted a place that was special to people of all ages. This was the premise of Disneyland when it first opened in 1955. Since then, five other resorts have opened up, aiming to create the same type of experience in different ways.

Although I will not say what the resort is named yet or how many parks there will be (because I'm not sure yet of either one), but I can give you hints at what's to come in poetry form:

"Oh cometh, dear dreamers, please do follow me,
to another world ridden with fantasy,
Whether it be castle or mountain, how big or small,
this is the most magical kingdom of all.....
We have many to see, like a through space,
a train that can take you from place to place,
A spot where you can meet one famous mouse,
a spirited tour of a ghostly house,
A cruise with pirates looking for gold,
many journeys into stories of old,
Happy journeys of children around the world,
spinning cups in which guests are hurled,
Trains into the heart of a haunted mine,
A couple of parades from time to time,
Your fearless skipper who loves to joke,
and a mighty steamboat letting off smoke.
Now cometh, dear dreamers, to the first park of lots,
the Dream Kingdom becons with several spots."

And that's a look at the first of the parks in this resort, the Dream Kingdom.

Let's go over the six lands of the Dream Kingdom:

Main Street, U.S.A.​

Set in a small Midwestern town in the early 1900s, this is the entrance to the park. Here, guests can see old-time vehicles and businesses as they make their way down to the hub, where they embark on other adventures.

Adventureland​

Get ready to become an explorer and travel to the most exotic places in the world. Here, guests will be immersed in a jungle setting where mystery and danger lurks around every corner. From river cruises to pirate treasure, treehouses to tiki gods, this is one adventurous area.
​

Frontierland​

Take a step back in time to the days of American settlement, where the country was still coming together. This is a glimpse of what life was like in the old days, and are invited to relive it in many ways. This includes a harrowing ride on a runaway mine train, a gentle cruise along the Rivers of America, and perhaps a country song or two sung by the critters of the forest.

Harbor Square​

Welcome to San Francisco in the year 1905, where the city was at its height prior to the great 1906 Earthquake. As guests see a port where cultures are mixed and new stories are told, they will find many experiences, such as a search for Chinese gold and a mansion full of 999 Happy Haunts.

Fantasyland​

This is a place where fantasy becomes reality, where elephants fly, teacups spin, and a cruise through fairy tales awaits. Here, guests are immersed in the worlds of their favorite stories, making it fun for all ages. There are many things to do here. They can fly over Neverland, sail a happy cruise around the world, endure a blustery day in the Hundred Acre Woods, and watch a spellbinding show.

Tomorrowland​

Here is where science and science fiction meet to create an all new reality. Intergalactic thrills, laser battles, and electric vehicles include some of the things you will find here. It's one land that is out of this world!​

First of all, with a similar ride in the park (haunted mansion), it felt weird to have another mansion.
Second, you referred to it being in Adventureland at MK, which I interpreted as the Magic Kingdom. This park is called the Dream Kingdom.

The shops sound amazing, I would really love to see both the Small World and Casey Junior shops. Disney has never utilized those attractions in shop form.

Um, I thought they did for Small World. At Disneyland, there's a small store you go through after getting off the ride.

Get ready to join Earth's Mightiest Heroes in many adventures. This includes a ride through space, a battle alongside heroes, and many interactive places. The best part is that the Avengers themselves can be seen all over the place, keeping a close eye on their recruits and fighting off trouble should it appear.

Muppets Square​

It's time to play the music, it's time to light the lights! Go to a New York-style area where the Muppets are at work. Here, you can see their shows and maybe get a taste of their bizarre humor.

Pixar Place​

This is a world where guests can immerse themselves in their favorite Pixar movies. A ride through Radiator Springs, playtime with toys, a visit to a world of monsters, and more await in this area.

Mickey's Toontown​

Enter the unpredictable world of cartoons in this immersive land. Here, guests can take part in several activities, visiting the homes of Mickey and his friends and playing along in several places. Also in the area is a runaway railway, a Goofy flight, and other things that defy logic and predictability.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge​

Embark on a journey to a faraway planet in a galaxy far, far away. Here, a battle between light and darkness rages on, and guests are called to take part in it. In the meantime, they can also immerse themselves in an alien world where scoundrels and thieves from all over meet and mingle.

Pandora: The World of Avatar​

Travel to a world beyond belief, like Earth but different in many ways. Here, guests will see the power of nature and the connection the people of the planet share with it. They will embark on many journeys, seeing floating mountains, looking at glowing plants, and even riding atop a banshee and feeling it breathe beneath them in a Rite of Passage.​
