Ugh, turn by turn navigation on an app. This mean more people walking around with their heads down at a snails pace, crashing into me.
Maps on an app are fine. But the turn by turn stuff tends to lead to people not paying attention. Improved wayfinding signs are my choice. Also, they are often faster than an app. Which way is baggage claim? Looks up at a giant sign that says "Baggage Claim ->" Done. As opposed to get out your phone, open the app, navigate to the maps screen, search for baggage claim, indicate that is where you want to go, and then stare at the phone (trying to hold it in one hand, while managing your carry on, or kids, or beverage, with the other) while walking there.
