I'm William, originally from Puerto Rico, but living in Texas for the last 10 years. My wife and I are Disney fans, but are disheartened by all the changes and loss of perks lately. We visited WDW in 2018 and 2019, and were planning another one, but now we desisted of the idea. Hope that WDW go back to its senses and have the customers and fans in mind, as the money will always be trickling in.
