Hi all! I'm a new member. I'll be taking my first trip to Disney World in July with my wife and 17yo step daughter (who is a Disney fanatic). We're all excited! :)

I have a question about an off-day activity, since we'll be there 6 days/nights. I can't find it now, but last week I saw an Orlando attraction pass... one of the things that interested me was a snorkeling boat ride out on to the Atlantic from Ft. Lauderdale. The boat had a glass bottom to see under your feet and the whole thing was just a couple hours. They take you out to snorkel just above a big coral reef. My question is - is there anything like that closer to Orlando? Either the Gulf or Atlantic is fine. I'm not sure we will make our way all the way down to Ft. Lauderdale, but a few hours on the ocean sounds like it would be fun!

Thanks!

Check out discovery cove , you can swim/snorkel with dolphins and sting rays and its right there in orlando so you dont have to travel far.
