True, but the point being made was you can jump in the standby line if all FP are gone, and the more unused FP, the shorter the wait in theory. So it's not really the same as booking a site and not using it. Personally I don't think Disney really cares if people do this, but they will keep pushing the price up based on false demand which affects everyone who books there.As far as FP goes, I actually prefer the current time requirements even though they can work against you. If they determined an attraction can handle X amount of FP an hour, then it's counterproductive to allow early/late, especially when the system now allows modifications to an extent.
