I haven't posted in a while much less looked into to see what's going on mainly because I have no hope of a Disney trip in the near future. I am ready to drop my Nikon 18-55 and 55-200 in lieu of something to make life a little easier when I do go out.

Sigma 18mm - 200mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS (Optical Stabilizer) HSM Autofocus

Sigma 18mm - 250mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS (Optical Stabilizer) HSM Autofocus

Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR DI-II B.I.M. (Built-in Motor)

Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-f/6.3 DI-II B.I.M. (Built-in Motor) VC (Vibration Compensation) LD Aspherical (IF) AF Zoom with Macro,

Which of those would be my best bet? I have a D5000 so I need something with the built in motor for AF. I don't really wanna pay twice as much for the Nikon 18-200 if I don't have to. I also think I am gonna add a 35 1.8 in the near future as well.

Thanks,
Jeffrey

very nice! Let us know how they turn out. I had one of the older generations of the 18-200, and I'd be interested to hear how the new one is. Enjoy!

You will find yourself falling in deep love with that 35mm...trust me. Its one of the best lens's out there IMO (and damn cheap too).
