New Imagination permit (and other info)

According to MousePlanet, a new permit has been issued to install new lighting in the upstairs ImageWorks area of "Journey Into Imagination" (sorry, I'm not able to post the permit itself)

Since I've begun yet another new "Imagination refurb" thread, could those in-the-know (Jedimaster???) please re-post all the details you've got about the rehab? (Yes we could do an archive search, but the details are scattered among dozens of theads over the past year. It would be great to consolidate the info in one place!)

I'm most interested in knowing whether new vehicle technology will be used (Pooh's Huuny Hunt?!?!) and whether Dreamfinder will be voiced and/or performed by a recognizable celebrity (Jack Black?)

Isn't this just the new lights that light up the glass pyramid? I am sure someone mentioned last week they noticed it had new lights.

Can't say much, but the refurb will be better/larger than described in any previous thread.
Vehicles...far as I know the same old technology.
Dreamfinder? Don't know, but I know someone else 'round here who might.:lookaroun

While we're discussing it, they aren't planning to use the old Image Works for Kim Possible 2.0 are they?

I think they were just using that space for the test run a year or two ago. There is certainly nothing going on up there now indicating Kim Possible on a permanent basis.

Perhaps the Dreamfinder himself?

Just an FYI, these were not actual rumors as to what might be in store, but rather, fan hopes of how the refurbishment would take shape. Unless we have some crystal ball readers, I'd highly doubt there is any chance of Jack Black voicing Dreamfinder.

Also, I think Lee was referring to Martin, possessor of JII knowledge, rather than the nationality of whomever might be voicing Dreamfinder.

With regards to those pyramid lights, do they light up both pyramids, or only one of them? Can't really tell from Imagineer's pics.
