New Hire Portal

I just got all of my emails generated automatically from the system after my recruiter initiated the hire, and I got one email with my password and the other with the log on information. However, the user ID isn't working. Has anybody else had trouble with the new hire portal? And before you ask, I've used three different browsers.

Edit: nvm got it.
