These are new E:E construction pics...it seems that infrastructure work is finished on a portion of the land that was being cleared (then again I'm not an expert)....one pic shows a concrete structure being built...I don't know what it is but it seems to be the bridge or some sort of support for the bridge that will connect Dinoland and Asia....but hey it could be anything at this point....thats just what I think it is.....

Here's the structure I'm talking about (the other 8 new construction pics are over in my album along with the others I posted weeks ago...click on the link below):

Other Stuff:

Well this is some stuff I noticed on last my last trip:

-The doors have been placed on the Buzz photo/shop thing
-I noticed a trailer near the land behind camp minnie mickey at AK...I know that they've had trailers in that area before...but this one seemed new to the area...perhaps anyone can verify whether this is nothing new...or if this is the construction trailer for the enclosing of the Lion King Show theater.......
-Is it me or is the EPCOT sign with the mickey hand slowly being separated more and more from the EPCOT geosphere???
-THE PARKS WERE PACKED!!!!!!! WHICH EQUALED SERIOUS $$$ FOR DISNEY.
-Didn't noticed anything different between Imagination and the Land...I would have hoped some evidence of construction could have been seen...
-They've added Mickey to PhilpharMagic sign (but I think thats old news).
-Oh yea and there were a greater amount of bugs than usual in the air in all the parks...the same bugs though...someone called them lovebugs, they were annoying as heck....

Anyways thats the info I got for now....enjoy the pics and the info....

That is, indeed, the construction trailer for the FoLK enclosure.

I went labor day weekend, saw EE construction(taped a bit on my old camera) and swatted plenty of lovebugs. Went on ToT4 for the first time, great stuff. Anyways, EE seems to be going along very slowly. But, in the end, I'm sure it'll be great.

I have a theory regarding the new structure.

I am guessing that it is part of the new bridge that is going to be built.

They are either...
- Building new footers into the ground for the bridge or
- The new footers may actually float on the water. This may make people very seasick, so it may not be a likely option.

I believe that the new bridge will be one of the first things that is finished and open, and it may happen relatively soon. Once the bridge and new walkway around the lagoon are built, traffic can ease up in Safari Village, and Disney can advertise the construction big-time because people can see the mountain for themselves.

Of course, they could also be for the framework for the massive footers that the mountain will require.

Hey we all have to be wrong every now and then to remind us of how right we are MOST of the time.

E:E should be a great attraction when everything is said and done...I just hope they don't screw up with any one aspect of this ride...cause by the pictures it looks like its going to be great. I think construction is moving along smoothly...it could be worse I guess.

Better Perspective?

Here's a pic that I forgot to post it gives a better perspective of the size of the new concrete structure (there's another in my album but its pretty much only a close up of the construction equipment).
