(Kissimmee, FL) - June 9 2021 -Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Central Florida’s island-inspired resort, is proud to announce that Euphoria, named for Jimmy Buffett’s first boat, has been reimagined into the Euphoria Fish House.
The new restaurant theme includes a curated menu by Executive Chef Joseph McFadden with an emphasis on fresh seafood and twists on traditional dishes.
“At Margaritaville Resort Orlando, our culinary program has and will always be about creativity, quality service, and the guest experience. As we welcome Chef Joseph McFadden to lead culinary operations at the resort, we have modernized our signature restaurant,” said Resort President, Jim Vespa. “Euphoria Fish House showcases seafood cuisine inspired by the islands and celebrating coastal communities. The restaurant and lounge will also boast a unique menu of specialty cocktails, beer, and wine, in addition to live musical performances.”
The restaurant will maintain its casually elegant feel while also introducing changes in decor to better reflect the new theme. Award-winning Chef McFadden brings over 25 years of experience to the resort restaurant, showcasing his love for fresh ingredients, creative recipes, and top-notch presentation. Originally from Westport, Ireland, he is passionate about seasonality, innovative techniques, and deepening the culinary connection with diners. Highlights of the new menu include tasty starters to share like shrimp and grits and calamari, seafood entrees including yellowtail snapper and Chilean sea bass, and flavorful options for landlubbers including a Wagyu burger (also available plant-based) and a grilled New York strip steak. The new menu also offers a robust selection of red, white, and sparkling wines.
Euphoria Fish House is located on the upper level of the hotel and is open to hotel guests and visitors. Visit margaritavilleresorts.com/margaritaville-resort-orlando/eat-drink/euphoria for reservations.
