I wonder if Disney will build east coast of Walt Disney Studios in NJ/NYC in the future? As Netflix and Liongate will building studios in NJ.

New Disney studios in New Jersey/New York City?

I won't say never, but I honestly doubt it, they already had an animation studio in the East Coast when they bought 20th Century in Blue Sky, which they shutdown.
Also what would be the point? Outside of some location shoots in the area which don't require a full studio, I don't see a benefit to Disney to open a whole new facility in the NY/NJ area. With a majority of stuff filmed elsewhere like California, Georgia, Canada, etc., I don't see a need to have a full running studio facility in the NY/NJ area.
