There's a difference between noting in a daily recap that you had a brief chat with a non-compliant employee and immediately running to the leadership to tattle-tale. I always documented every "serious" interaction with my CMs because I cared about them, especially since they were only with us for one year. I do the same now with my students. Not every behavior issue needs to be escalated to admin. Our BMS allows us to write a note to document behavior so we can track trends over time.


The WSW team back then was truly the dream team. I'm lucky I got to work there in its prime.
