Moderators, if this is in the wrong, thread please move. Let me start by saying I have been a loyal fan since Disney opened, I first went in 1972, at the young age of 22. The new price increase has made me re think buying another annual pass. So I make a list of things I can do without ever entering the parks. Go to each resort check them out sit down and enjoy the music. Play a round of miniature golf. Sit on the rocking chairs at Beach Club, watch the boats go by. Ride the boats and hit those resorts. Go to animal kingdom lodge and try to catch a glimpse of the animals in the Savannah. Buy a mug for length of stay, and pick up a drink for each of the hotels you visit. Go to the pool. Go to Disney Springs have a drink , at one of the out door areas. Go to one of the outdoor movies at a hotel. These are some things to do, can you think of more low cost, or no cost things?

Get the room only at a discount time, head to DTD. Lots of things to see there. We like to get on whatever bus comes first and go from there. Might be a boat ride to one of the resorts or monorail somewhere. Boardwalk shops and restaurants, mini-golf, tours at the AK and Wilderness lodges. Got a great deal online at Busch Gardens for park ticket and dining. We got a 3 day car rental through Undercover Tourist when we bought the ticket for Busch Gardens at a very cheap rate and we will be going to Old Town Kissimmee on a Friday for the old time car cruise in. All of this was cheaper than park tickets.....

I love all of your ideas. I didn't know there were tours at AK and Wilderness. Thanks.
