New Animation Tour?

The layout is the same as the former tour.
You enter the first theater and watch an animator and Mushu tell you about the creation of characters. (so funny!) The stage looks like an animator's desk with the screen above it. You also see a preview of Brother Bear. Next you enter the room where a different animator answers questions and talks about upcoming projects. After that you walk through the "working studio" section. In the very first room there is a cell of the old movie with Robin Williams and Walter Cronkite. I moved pretty quickly through this area to get to draw my own Mickey. The last area is where you can try and draw Mickey. The animator from the first room shows you how to sketch Mickey. Then you enter the final area with concept sketches and onto the gift shop.

I have yet to see the new animation tour but I'm so sad they got rid of the old one. My favorite part of MGM was the tour. I loved the old Robin Williams movie (I realize it was a little out of date and corny) and I loved the part where people in the audience who hadn't seen the tour yet laughed when they saw it was him. I also loved the movie at the end. I almost cried every time I saw it.
