Todays Disney Food Blog has a lots of info on the above resort menu.So if anybody is going to CS In the near future,it would be worth reading.Lots of Mexican inspired cuisine and wait for it.6 yes 6 choices of pizza in the 14" range.Theres steaks a plenty also. Hope the food tastes as good as the menu for those that are going.

It also has the best Moderate pool at the resorts..IMO
