Mmm - perhaps this is best not discussed any further on here. The child abuse implications and the recent news about the paedophile taking photos at PO. This type of humour is sick - not funny

Did I miss something here? I fail to see the relationship between a park like this and pedophiles. Also, this premise is what the entirety of WDW is supposed to be based on.

This is a example why new people who post here are always slammed with negativity and unwelcomeness, we to had the same response when we started on wdw magic, i read posts for last month and it seems evry time someone new starts a thread, they are belittled and topoic line mocked, well i say welcome to boards and enjoy all info you could find on here,

I am all about welcoming someone to the boards, but this inconsiderate "person" does not deserve a welcome, in my opinion. If I was a moderator, they'd be history after making a sick joke like that. Not just because it's Disney, but if it had been about ANY park, etc. Jacko is a sick, twisted person, and even the slightest joke about pedophilism is NOT welcome here. I'm not speaking for Steve or other mods, but I would hope that they feel similarly about this type of thing.

OK...paying attention ONLY to the first post (I don't want to be involved!)- I think it would be an interesting idea, I could maybe see a land out of it, but I don't know about a WHOLE park...!

when i first read the thread i assumed that robinhood was referring to peter pan and not michael. i agree that a peter pan based neverland park is a very cool idea.

Can we just forget about jacko the whacko and forget about the child at Disney? I sure as heck can. Neither involves me, anyone here, or 99.999999% of the rest of the world. I don't think of either one until someone from here feels the shallow need to mention them. Sheesh. It's so pathetic to dwell on the bad things happening that don't involve us, then try to work them into a conversation on a forum that is supposed to be about the happiest place on earth.

I don't believe that he had ill intentions with his post. Maybe they should rework the peter pan soundtrack to omit "Off to Neverland!" then. 
MJ cannot and will not tarnish my view of Neverland. The MJ case is small potatoes compared to a classic story such as Peter Pan. Besides he was ruled Not Guilty. Case over, case closed.

I didn't think about MJ either when I first read the post. Come to think of it, I was also opposed to the slight minority that thought Tower of Terror should have been shuttered when 9/11 happened in respect and sympathy to those who lost loved ones. I thank we should be a bit carefull not to carry the whole sensitivity/policical correctness/new age thing too far. What next, rename IASW because it belittles short people?
And now on to what will really get me flamed... I ma not a fan and certainly no family member of friend would visit his ranch if I could control it but he was aquitted after a rather lengthy trial presided over by a judge who gave the prosecution every latitude, since I wasn't there I would not have the hubris to assume I know more than the jury. We are still a country of innocent until proven guilty and being aquitted really does mean he is not guilty.
