I know the parks close early and have some restrictions on noise due to their "neighbors" in Dr. Philips area. Will the new park(s) have the same restrictions? The map looks like they won't have issues with "neighbors". And with that said- do you think they'll have more adult nightlife there?

With it's proximity to the convention center, I think they will be aiming for a more adult demographic. At least for the Dining/Entertainment Complex.

The existing parks are within the City of Orlando while the new park will be in unincorporated Orange County. Any restrictions applied by the city will have no impact on the new park.
