Starting just recently, when I would post a comment on a post, sometimes I would get a notification on the comment that it was invisible awaiting moderator approval, but not on all comments. Can someone tell me why this might be happening?

Needing moderator approval suddenly

The site uses an anti-spam system that flags some posts for manual review by the moderators. I personally see it trigger a lot on posts that contain links, quote multiple users, contain images, or are especially long. The moderators are very good about reviewing and approving the posts quickly. It has nothing to do with your behavior, it's just a necessity on an open public forum like this.
