Need some trip help... Concierge and Baggage

Being a Florida Resident, haven't had much or any opportunities to make a trip out of a Disney theme park. But Disneyland is something else and I really want to go there (to personally see how bad DCA is and the 50th's celebrations).

I do have a few questions though. I've been putting in a few quotes for the trip and is concierge also included when you choose a suite option?

Also, I know that WDW hotels will gladly hold your baggage when you do arrive and your room might not be ready, do the Disneyland resorts also have this service? What about if your flight leaves later on the date of your checkout, will they hold your bags till the evening?

I know the Paradise Pier held my luggage until I left for my night flight, so I would assume that the Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian will do the same. I cannot answer your question about concierge.
