I'm looking for some help here. While I still enjoy eating meat, my body has decided it does not. I've been sticking to either fish or vegetarian options & feel much better overall. That being said, we are going to Disney in May & I'm trying to figure out what the heck to order. We have all our ADR's already set & I don't want to change any of them for my husband's sake, so I'm looking for some guidance. Of the restaurants listed below, has anyone tried any of the veggie or fish options? If so, were they any good?

T-Rex (a must for my 3 year old son)
San Angel Inn
Shutters
Rose & Crown
Tony's
Yak & Yeti

We also have breakfasts planned at Tusker House, Hollywood & Vine & Chef Mickey's but I'm not concerned about those since it's breakfast & they are buffets. Thanks!

I tend to shy away from beef (not necessarily meat in general) and eat very little fish (lobster and shrimp, but HIGH in cholesterol) Just about any restaurant can cater to your needs. The best person to ask for vegan offerings, is @LuLaSue

I'm assuming you're a vegetarian and not a vegan here...

You will be able to find something to eat almost everywhere and many places will have more than one choice.

If you bring some granola from home and are with someone who can just eat a sandwich and be fine with that, you can get some grapes with their sandwich. :) I try to do that when I can. :)

I have a super-strict vegan friend. We visited Disney together once. It was a pain in the butt. One time, she just had some juice for her meal. But she refused to call ahead and have something ready for her, so she just played the martyr and made little comments about how she was better than the rest of the world, lol.

No, not Vegan. I could never do that...I live in Wisconsin. We need cheese. I'm not even a vegetarian so to speak...just don't want to chance eating meat & feeling crummy afterwards.
