Need last minute help......Instacart . 1st time user

Arriving at the world 9/15 for a week. I am totally new to using a delivery service. I have downloaded the instacart
app. and could use any tips you all may have. Does Bell services take the delivery? ( I am at the Poly ). Will I receive a text that Instacart
is on their way ? I appreciate any info you all may have to share.

I have only used it once and stayed at the Pop. My shopper texted me a couple times while she was shopping about substitutes but I was on a plane an unable to answer but she just substituted on her own (I think I had checked a box while ordering allowing it) which was fine. But I thought it was nice that while she shopped she was considerate to ask. She also texted when she arrived and I was able to text back to "please leave my order with bell services". I had also noted that on my order. She left it with them without problem and the bell staff at the Pop stored with no problem. When we were ready for our order we just went to Bell services and picked it up. Oh and our shopper had sent a picture of our order being handed over to the bell staff, I don't know if that is normal or not. I didn't really order anything that needed to be refrigerated, but if I did I would make sure to make a note to the shopper to tell Bell Services to refrigerate the order.

Prior to Covid (Sept 2019) instacart delivered to the bell desk. I received a delivered notification and then called the bell to have them bring it up. They did keep cold stuff in the frig pending my call. The bell charged us I think $10 to have instacart delivered to our room.

I've used Instacart several times, I ask them to shop at Publix and they have been excellent. I do have it delivered to bell service and I'm happy to go pick it up, last time Alan (Pop Century) helped me and we had a lovely chat as he wheeled my stuff up, he's actually helped me with bags before, but, I don't think he remembered me. As they will do a shop the same day, I order that morning and have delivery for when I come back for my afternoon break.
I was wondering if Instacart still deliver, appears they do, good news.
