Need hotel advice

Been to WDW many times...haven't been to Disneyland in forever....going to Rose Parade and combining with Disneyland

Don't think we can swing a Disney Hotel...any one have "good neighbor" or other recommendations or warnings?

I've stayed at the Howard Johnson and the Best Western Stovall's Inn. Both were nice and about a 10 minute walk. I would stay at either again. However I am looking at staying at the Best Western Anaheim Inn this June, it looks like it will be a little bit closer walk but isn't fancy.
