I remember going to Epcot Germany back in 2002, and in their bakery they had cookies that looked like small logs with chocolate dipped on both ends. They had a soft texture to them. Does anyone remember these? I'm trying to find out what they are called and also trying to find a recipe that is similar to them. If anyone can help, please let me know! Thanks!

**NOTE: No idea if that's what they are...I just Googled "German desserts logs dipped in chocolate" and that's what came up! lol**

no, I don't think that's it.. I don't remember pistachio at all in these cookies. I can only remember that they had a very soft texture and I bought them at Epcot Germany back in 2002.
