My cousins leave for WDW thursday and my cousin (their mother) is having me write letters to them from their fave characters telling them they're excited for them to arrive. I tried looking for fonts for Cinderella and Buzz Lightyear and I couldn't find anything. Does anyone have any of thier autographs? Can you post the photo? And am I able to use it on the kids letters? Please help. Thanks everyone!

Try searching on this site, and if you can't come up with anything on here, try searching on http://www.google.com/ I'm sure they have something on there. Search for Disney character autographs. I'm not sure myself what either of those look like.

Worst case scenario, if you can't find examples of their autographs, just write Cindy's in pretty cursive and Buzz's with sharper letters (at least that's how I imagine it to look). I don't think the kids will look at it and say "That doesn't look like Cindy's autograph. We have a fraud on our hands!" But then again, maybe if they go a lot, they might be familiar with them. Either way, that's a cute idea!

I will post a pic of the letters when they're done. These are the types of kids that will say "hey, his/her autograph looks different on my letter". LOL So I'm worried.

Vince, being such a sweetheart, just sent me cindy's so all I need is Buzz's.
Place a nice bulky motorcycle or ski glove on you writing hand, grab a Sharpie and you should be pretty close to it. Buzz's signature has been known to change depending on what the time of day is....if you get my "preserve the magic" drift ;)

You can probably just bring the letter and go to MK but say you are at DD shopping, get Buzz to sign the letter, come back and say the front desk gave 2 letters to you in the lobby.

P.S- Have a Magical trip!

Buzz and Woody have a stamp of their names, they don't actually sign.

Yes, that is true so it should not make any difference then on what the handwriting looks like. Good luck!

I found a Buzz autograph! I attached a photo of the letters below. Just thought you may be interested. It's a great idea also, if you have any kids. Thanks for all your help guys!

Those letters are so cool! Great job! :)

I did something similar for my nephews when I worked at Disney, but it wasn't nearly as cool. I bought them each a mickey postcard and wrote about how much mickey wanted to say hi to them and meet them and stuff. I also sent them each a pair of mickey ears with their name on it and told them mickey had sent them for them.

That was so cute. How old are they?

At the time, 5 and 7. At the time they didn't know when they'd get down to Fl but I knew they liked mickey. I talked to the older one on the phone and he thought it was so cool that Mickey was my boss. (That's what I told him when I worked at Disney). They ended up visiting about 6 months later and they still had their ears.
