Need Help planning trip

We have decided upon a last minute trip to Orlando to use up a timeshare we traded for. We haven't been in Orlando in nearly 8 years and are out of the loop in regards to planning an Orlando vacation. We will be visiting from 6 April until 14 April

We have decided upon 4 days at WDW and 3 days at Universal. We know it's not nearly enough time to visit but we only have a week and wanted to cram as much as possible into the week. My questions are

a) Which days during our trip would be best at WDW? Are some days less crowded than others?
b) While we don't plan on eating out a lot, are there any restaurants we should attempt to make reservations for?
c) Would you suggest 1 day at each park or is there one park not worth going to?

Thanks for your help.

Per Touring Plans, Crowd levels (10 being the highest), Best Park/Park to Avoid
6 Apr - 8 out of 10, EP (Best), MK (Avoid)
7 Apr - 6 out of 10, HS (Best), MK (Avoid) Spring Break
8 Apr - 5 out of 10, EP & AK (Best), MK (Avoid)
9 Apr - 5 out of 10, MK & HS (Best), EP (Avoid)
10 Apr - 5 out of 10, EP (Best), AK (Avoid)
11 Apr - 6 out of 10, HS & AK (Best), MK (Avoid)
12 Apr - 6 out of 10, EP (Best), MK (Avoid)
13 Apr - 6 out of 10, EP (Best), MK (Avoid)
14 Apr - 5 out of 10, EP (Best), MK (Avoid)

Restraurants for Magic Kindgom: Be our Guest (lunch counter service), Tony's Town Square (dinner table service), Liberty Tree Tavern
Epcot: Le Cellier's, Coral Reef
Hollywood Studios: 50's Prime Time Cafe
Animal Kindgom: Rainforest Cafe

We normally spend one day EP, HS, AK and two at MK. It just depends what kind of attractions your group is interested in. Enjoy your trip!

Welcome to the sight one day per park your choice no hopping would be my reccomendation to see the most. Most important of all is to be at the park at least 30 minutes prior to opening you'll see a good show and get a lot done first thing in the morning. Sunshine Seasons (land pavillion) and Tangerine Cafe (Morocco) are 2 reccomeded restaurants for EPCOT they are counter service no reservations needed. Welcome

I always plan parks in the middle of the week. MK on Wed. because people arrive on the weekend and head to MK first early in the week. So early in the week I head for Epcot. Grand Floridian Cafe. More geared for adults though.
