Ok, here's the story. Once the AP rates come out for January, I'm going to be needing to make 3 or 4 room reservations at the Caribbean Beach or Pop Century for my family. My mom and I both have AP's, and if I recall correctly, we can each make 3 reservations with our AP's. One room is for my parents and I, one is for my boyfriend, one is for my cousin, and the other one would be for another cousin and his girlfriend if they are able to come. Now, if I book these rooms using my mother and I's AP's, do the reservations have to be in our names and sent to our address? My boyfriend lives across town and would be paying seperately, and my cousins both live in Arizona and really need to be able to have their confirmations sent to their homes. My best guess is that everyone except for my parents and I would need to pay the room deposit and the actual room with checks, not a credit card. Is this okay? Please help!! I've never had to make multiple reservations like this before.
