Need help figuring out signature from the past...

Any help would be appreciated. This was a poster given to Anaheim fire fighters back in the 80's when we had one of the worst fires in the area. Each poster was signed by mickey and someone else. As my grandfather who was a fire chief during that time has passed away, we no longer know who the second signature is. Not sure if it is someone that worked in the park, a fire chief at the time in Disney, a big wig or maybe just someone related to fire services in Anaheim. It looks like possibly Daniel or David but have zero ideas on the last name. Thanks for any help!
