T-Rex, Paradiso 37, or Planet Hollywood?
Coral Reef or Rose & Crown (R&C is only available for lunch on the day I'm at Epcot)?

I'd vote for Paradiso 37 out of those 3. They have good margaritas, chips and salsa and a nice outdoor patio. T-Rex is ok if you like dinosaurs, but Planet Hollywood would be my last choice in all of WDW. I know a lot of people go there because of the $15 voucher you get when you book a package but I wouldn't even go there if they paid me. It was the worst food I've had anywhere, it was dirty, and the service was awful. I know more than one person who's gotten sick after eating there as well. Now that McDonald's is gone from DTD I'd love to see Planet Hollywood go next.
If I were to choose a table service restaurant at DTD I think I'd go with House of Blues or Raglan Road though.
Rose and Crown over Coral Reef any day. Coral Reef was my second worst Disney dining experience after Planet Hollywood.
Thanks for the suggestions! We have been to PH twice and loved it both times. I guess we will try Paradiso this time.
We are also really wanting a good seafood meal on this next trip, and since yall are saying that Coral Reef is no good....how is Fulton's as an option?
What about Narcoossee's?
What is that? Where is that?

It's a (mostly) seafood restaurant at the Grand Floridian with a great view of MK across 7 Seas Lagoon. I'm not sure if its a signature dining location but there is a business casual dress requirement. I've haven't eaten there myself but I've heard good things about it and hope to try it next trip. I haven't heard great things about Fulton's.
We have reviews and menus of Fulton's here and Narcoossee's here
