need help buying a condo

I plan on buying a condo within the next year. Im from nj and am not to familiar with the area outside the parks. What are good areas where I would feel at ease leaving the cond months at a time?

Davenport & Clermont are two that come to my mind...about 15 minutes from the parks

We almost moved to Orlando and did a lot of real estate research but now we're in Tampa (we're originally from Montclair, NJ)

Celebration if you can afford it. The HOAs and Taxes are comparable to NJ rates but expensive for Florida.
