Need help Bob Saget

I know I might be a little too old to understand the Bob Saget thing. Please clue an old folk as to what is going on. Still young at heart for WDW now with grand kids.:rolleyes: :cool:

You deserve a better explaination then that. So here is the capsule form. There was a poster on the boards that had the screen name Bob Saget. A very funny and imaginative poster. Many felt that he might even be the "real" Bob Saget, but, I think that concept was abandoned early on. Anyway, all of a sudden he disappeared and the equally famous talking trash can "PUSH" started the thraed called "Where in the world is Bob Saget?"

Let's just say it evolved into a discussion about (like Seinfeld) nothing. Whatever, we felt like talking about. You can read through 808 pages and 6548 posts to get the entire story, but, I don't recommend wasting that much of your life. Just jump in where it is now and have fun with it.
The use of the word thraed in place of thread came about accidentally and acquired a life of it's own. Along with obsessions for Rhubarb and Blaming Meg Crofton for everything including afternoon and evening thunder showers.

BTW, I am going to ignore the line about being too old to understand it. I have 4 grandchildren ranging from age 2 to 14. Old is a state of mind. And, of course, being... nothing you can do about it so you might as well enjoy it.

I thank you for the compliment (assuming it was intended as one), but I'm really only famous in the Chit Chat section these days. Since I've lowered my frequency in the other sections and got laid off by Meg, my popularity has gone down. This is really hurting my chances for the 2016 presidential election.

Err... Of course it was a compliment and I'm not just saying that. I don't throw out those kind words to any old talking trash can I happen to see.
