A friend of mine recently went to WDW and they had some hiccups with their trip and want to write a letter. I have never experienced this and did not know where to direct them. Any help out there? They had some issues at their hotel, The Caribbean. Is there a direct customer service feedback platform, or do they write directly to the hotel?

Any Suggestions would be appreciated

I am not sure what the issue was, and what they did or didn't try to handle while they were there, but I always stress to do your best to handle as much as you can while on the trip, because the moment you check out and leave, the resort has much less reason to try and help you since the trip is over. Yes, it takes some time away from your trip, but much more can be done for you while you are there.

If they do email the email above, tell them not to expect an immediate reply, but they will receive a phone call in 2-4 weeks.

If you want to talk to someone high up in the company, I highly recommend sending an email to Bob Chapek. His email is Robert.Chapek@disney.com.

I sent him an email and he directly forwarded my email to a Senior Vice President at WDW, who scheduled a phone call with me.
