Need Feedback on day plan

Ok - trying to see everything with as little line as possible. How does this sound for day 1?

We have MM - so go to FL ride PP, Dumbo, Alice, Matterhorn, Toad, Teacups, Pinocchio, Snow White and the Carousel (in that order)

Have a runner go FL Indy - meet at IASM, ride and enter for MMTTM

Ride RRCTS and GGC - meet Mickey and any other characters we can in the hour.

Send runner to FP SM - head to DCA

Enter DCA - send runner to FP Soarin and GRR (if possible and it's not reconnected) and meet at TSMM to ride

Go ride MM and get FP for CS

Get Lunch

Ride FP in DCA and do tours of winery, bakery and maybe catch ITTBAB

Go back to DL - ride our FPs

Get dinner

Hit shorter lines (hoping Storybook Canal, Tiki Room) and get a good spot for fireworks and Fantasmic!

Sounds good, but I would send a runner to FP Indy as soon as you get into the park. Lines build up early, and FP's are usually gone by noon/1 PM. As soon as you can after that, FP Space Mountain, FP's go about as quickly as Indy.

Are FPs available during the early open hour?
